Alignment

Application: Spreadsheet Desktop version macOS

Data in cells can be aligned horizontally and vertically.

To align data horizontally, use one of the commands described in the table below:

Cell position	Command menu item	Button in Alignment section of Toolbar	Keyboard shortcut
Cell position	Command menu item	Button in Alignment section of Toolbar	Windows, Linux	macOS
Align left	Format > Align > Left		Ctrl+L	Cmd+L
Center	Format > Align > Center		Ctrl+E	Cmd+E
Align right	Format > Align > Right		Ctrl+R	Cmd+R
Justify	Format > Align > Justify		Ctrl+J	Cmd+J

To align data vertically, use one of the commands described in the table below:

Cell position	Command menu item	Button in Alignment section of Toolbar
Top	Format > Align > Top
Middle	Format > Align > Middle
Bottom	Format > Align > Bottom
